We'll begin with a fireside chat featuring Anna Li, tracing her path from corporate to creator to founder (Inner Code) We'll dig into the pivots that changed everything, the mindset shifts that let her hold both drive and balance, and what it actually looks like to chase ambitious goals without losing yourself in the process.
Following our chat, we'll move into a guided mat pilates class with post workout smoothies. It's strength work rooted in a strong, stable core, the same foundation we'll be talking about all afternoon.
