Following our conversation, we will transition into a 45 minute deep-state guided sound bath & breathwork practice led by Master Reiki Healer & Breathwork Practioner, Sian Duggan. This immersive frequency experience is designed to help you integrate the evening’s insights, releasing tension and grounding your energy for the season ahead.
